Relationship Between the Use of Pornography and Marital Sexual Satisfaction with Attitudes Towards Marital Infidelity in Married Women in Zahedan City

Background: The spread of the Internet and improvement audio video media have led to emergence an industry called pornography. Objectives: purpose this study was investigate relationship between use pornography marital sexual satisfaction attitudes toward infidelity in married women Zahedan. Materials Methods: This a descriptive correlational study. statistical population consisted all working housewives Zahedan during 2017. Among them, sample 190 people (95 95 employed women) selected through convenience sampling method. To collect data, problematic scale, Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (women's form), Whatley's scale were used. Data analysis performed using Pearson correlation coefficient stepwise regression. Results: According results, there significant reverse its components satisfaction, escape or avoid negative emotions predictor satisfaction. There direct attitude towards infidelity, psychological social problems positive infidelity. Conclusions: It is necessary consider appropriate strategies reduce promote women.
